Picker Operator - Camp Job

Brawler Heavy Haul is looking for a Picker Operator!

Brawler Heavy Haul is a family-owned, COR certified, transportation company with extensive industry knowledge and experience in heavy, light and oilfield hauling. We are currently seeking an experienced Picker Truck Operator with effective leadership skills.

This will be an in camp position with a Two Week on and One Week Off Schedule with guaranteed daily hours.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years picker operator experience.
• Current and clean 3 year commercial drivers abstract.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Crane & Hoisting Equipment Journeyman Certificate
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry.
• Class 1 Drivers licence and own reliable transportation.
• Required Safety tickets include:
• Standard First Aid
• Common Safety Orientation (Energy Safety Canada)
• H2S (Energy Safety Canada)
• WHMIS / TDG (company provided)
• Winch truck and wheeler experience an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload truck and trailer combinations
• Tandem and heavy lifts (pipe, flare stacks, c-rings, minions)
• Off road routes
• Pre and post trip inspections of equipment
• Hazard assessments
• Crew supervision as required

Pay: $48.00-$60.00 per hour
