Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about all things beauty and love to make clients feel great about themselves then joining the Brooklin Mane team is for you!

Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists with various tasks such as shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair
- Prepare salon stations and ensure they are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Greet clients and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
- Maintain salon cleanliness
- Handle front desk duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, and processing payments
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products to clients based on their needs
- Communicate effectively with stylists, ensuring smooth operations within the salon

Skills:
- Front desk experience, preferably in a salon or spa setting
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized attention to clients
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques is preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
