Key Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team setting or individually
Ability to focus attention on details and multi task
Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize job duties
Must be available for 3x8 hour shifts per week; mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be Smart Serve certified
Two years of service experience in fine dining/upscale environment
Duties:
Serve guests food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
Eagerness to learn about, understand and upsell menu items
Willingness to learn and understand wine list
Assist fellow partners as necessary
Setting dining room according to standards
Perform cleaning duties back and front of the house
Interact with guests to promote a positive image of the property
Following dining room standard operating procedures
Promote the SPICIER culture
