Budtender

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Budtenders. As a Budtender at Bud Life Cannabis, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs, providing product information and recommendations, and ensuring a safe and compliant shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate customers about cannabis products, including strains, effects, and consumption methods.
• Accurately weigh and package cannabis products for sale.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements for cannabis sales.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid SellSafe certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing regulations and procedures.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
