Job Summary

Greet arriving and departing guests. Enforce all policies and procedures of WCL as they relate to the Alcohol and Gaming Control Act of Ontario.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries regarding Casino Windsor's amenities and services
• Greet arriving and departing guests demonstrating outstanding service
• Check identification of guests
• Perform first aid as required
• Execute service refusals
• Escort fund transfers
• Support other operating departments as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years police services experience or 4000 hours with a recognized security company or degree/diploma in Security & Investigation Protection (formerly Law and Security) or Police Foundations or Criminology or Border Services from an institution as recognized by Windsor Casino Limited.
• Previous customer service experience where the primary function is to service the customer on a daily basis
• Valid Smart Serve Certification required
• Valid Class G driver's license
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to work all shifts
• Occasional medium lifting required
• Customer service skills
