Wage starting $38/hr

Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm with 12pm-1pm unpaid lunch break

Friday 8am-4:30pm with 12pm-12:30pm unpaid lunch break

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles. This role requires a commitment to high-quality workmanship and ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to standards.

Responsibilities

• Minor repair brakes, manifolds, interior and exterior replacement parts ensuring proper fit and function and electrical systems.
• Major repair engine drive line, fluid drive line services
• Complete Out of Province inspections
• AMVIC
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently during repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks when necessary during repairs or parts replacement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure clean work space and timely completion of jobs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• automotive technician: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver's License (preferred)
• Journeyman (required)
