Warehouse Packer

CanPrev is a fast growing natural health products company, and is currently looking for warehouse workers to join our team.

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 2 PM - 10:30 PM / Friday 2 PM - 7:30 PM

What you’ll do:

• Pack orders for shipping, with a keen sense for proper product protective packaging and presentation
• Ensure that warehouse areas are fully stocked and that products are stored at correct stacking heights
• Perform physical / visual inspection of the products
• Assist with picking and scanning products from the correct area in the warehouse based on customer orders
• Other general warehouse duties as needed
• Keep general areas tidy and aisle ways clean
• Receive/process shipments

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic and positive team player
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull product weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Safety mindset, from both a warehouse environment and public health perspectives.
• Good communication skills in English
• Not afraid to take initiative to get things done
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience including shipping experience is ideal
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Computer proficiency in browser-based inventory programs
• Experience with RFID picking technology is considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
