As a student in Workplace Operations, you'll dive into the world of everything Workplace in Lloydminster. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to gain experience in property management, administration, data management, and SharePoint. The successful student will learn about Cenovus systems, programs, and processes while developing organizational skills, handling Workplace related tasks, and building on their professional network. Note: The application deadline for this position is March 10, 2024 What you’ll do Support Property Management review process, including gathering necessary data from multiple business units and defining scope of work. Gather and organize data and documentation. Support duties for reception, stationery, courier and mail and other administrative functions. Support improvement of the Workplace SharePoint site, including full-review of the current state and development of a plan alongside key contacts to remove out-dated items, add new items and develop a regular cadence for maintaining these documents. Who you are Legally entitled to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa) Available to begin work in May 2024. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer service approach. Attention to detail. Ability to learn new computer programs quickly. Education Must be enrolled in a Business, Commerce, or Administration Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities. Student programs populates any additional educational requirements Working Conditions May include frequency of travel, sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site, etc. Safety Sensitive This position may require the operation of a motor vehicle, applicants are asked to provide a recent (i.e., issued within the previous 4 weeks) original driver is abstract, for the preceding 5-year period, if offered the position.
