Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, office administration, and possess excellent customer service skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

· Provide administrative support to managers including but not limited to detailed calendar management, expense report management, mail processing, invitation coordination, and travel coordination.

· Provide office management by overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, setting up and coordinating meetings, and acting as the face for CAWES by receiving calls and voice messages.

· Assist with special projects, fundraising events, and other general office tasks as needed or assigned.

· Support CAWES in all aspects of administration for a growing non-profit including: financials, database maintenance, mailing and email lists management, and direct mailing activities.

· Ability to professionally interact with donors, non-profit executives, community businesses, and community partners to establish and maintain long-term relationships.

· Manage donations and fund transfers related to fundraising.

· Attend staff and board meetings and retreats and all other meetings deemed necessary. Assist with planning meetings and take minutes.

· Assist in building templates and formatting documents including policies, procedures, and manuals.

· Administrative Assistant diploma or equivalent.

· 2 years of experience in office administration, financial support, event planning, marketing, and social media in a business and/or non-profit organizations.

· Ability to organize complex material and manage multiple projects at a time.

· Energetic, flexible, resilient, and proactive. Passion for the mission of serving victims of domestic violence.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.

· Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and a criminal reference check

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
