We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and personable receptionist to join our fast-paced real estate office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This individual should be able to multitask efficiently, handle a high volume of calls and inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
3. Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.6. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
7. Support real estate agents with administrative tasks as needed.
8. Contribute to a positive and energetic office environment.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in using office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and copiers.
5. Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
6. Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
