Maintenance Worker-student

Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Grounds Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance tasks and will need to be reliable and dependable.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as taking out the garbage and recycables
- Operate a lawn mower, sniper, power washer
- Some painting, and minor construction
- General cleaning around the property
- Help out as needed in laundry and housekeeping
-Assist in day to day operation of grounds care
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests and co-workers

Requirements:
- Experience in lawn mowing,
- Maturity and reliability
- Capability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with painting
- Customer service-oriented approach to interactions with staff and guests

Position starts July 02 and will be 30 hours each week. Applicant must be between the age of 15-30,willing to be trained and qualify for the Canada Summer Jobs program.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 8-12 weeks

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
