We are looking to add a vibrant, outgoing and task oriented salon assistant to our team. This position is the glue that holds our team together so a passion for your colleagues and clients is an absolute must. The hours for this position are as follows:
Monday: 12 pm to 5 pm
Wednesday: 12 pm to 5 pm
Thursday: 12 pm to 5 pm
Friday: 12 pm to 4:30 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 4:30 pm
All training will be provided. Some of the tasks you must be willing to complete are:
- Greeting and checking clients in and out
- Booking appointments
- Proficient use of an iPad and necessary applications
- Extensive daily, weekly and monthly cleaning responsibilities. Must have high attention to detail regarding cleaning duties.
- Equipment maintenance
- Assisting the grooming team with their dogs (must be able to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance)
- Ability to take direction from senior salon assistant and manager with a high level of attention to detail.
- General administrative duties
- Social media photography & videography
