Cultivation 2024 – Midway
Christina Lake Cannabis is back for its 5th grow season, and it’s going to bigger and better than ever. We’re proud to announce that we’ve secured a beautiful cut of property just west of Midway, BC where we’ll grow an additional 80 acres of cannabis this year!
There will be a variety of ongoing projects in Midway from field preparation (tillage, irrigation, and plasticulture work) to operations/processing development and construction.
Experience and versatility in the agriculture world will be considered a strong asset as much of the daily tasks will include greenhouse operations and plant maintenance (watering, pruning, transplanting etc.), as well as general farm equipment operation and maintenance. Training will be provided for all areas of cultivation.
Applicants must be at least 19 years of age, self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and prepared to work in all weather conditions in an agriculture environment. They must have their own means of reliable transportation and should be fit for daily physical labor.
Schedule: Seasonal, full-time - 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime.
Salary: Starting at $23 /hour with the opportunity for an increase depending on experience and qualifications.
