With our fifth grow season in Christina Lake and our first in Midway well under way and sizing up to be our largest yield to date, we’re excited to begin taking applications to join our harvest team.
Duties include but not limited to: Delimbing plants, loading and transporting totes, processing plant material, loading biomass to dry racks, transferring racks into/out of dry rooms and storage as well a routine operational maintenance tasks such as field, hothouse, and processing facility cleanup, sanitizing dry racks, etc.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 10 hours per day. Start date September 9, 2024. Finish date to be determined.
Requirements: Applicants must be at least 19 years of age, self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and prepared to work long hours (rain or shine) in an agricultural environment. They must have their own means of reliable transportation and should be fit for daily physical labor. No experience necessary, but additional skills/certifications will be considered an asset.
Salary: $30 per hour overtime
