We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Position Summary:
As an Automotive Service Advisor/Parts Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating vehicle service needs. You will act as the primary liaison between the customer and our service technicians, while assisting our parts department as needed. This position does require rotating weekend shifts and evening shifts.
Service Advisor Duties:
Greet customers and assess their service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
Communicate with technicians to provide accurate repair updates.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist parts department as needed
Assist technicians with parts identification and selection
Help maintain accurate inventory levels in our parts department
