Coast Mountain College (CMTN), Prince Rupert campus, invites applications for a full-time, continuing Enrolment Services Clerk position starting March 1, 2024. The salary will be in accordance with the BCGEU Support Staff salary scale, Level 7: $2,122.40 biweekly plus a comprehensive benefits plan.
The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Some evening work may be required.
Duties: Under the general direction of the Campus Administrative Officer, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Qualifications
One-year post-secondary education in Office Administration or Business Administration (diploma preferred), grade 12 or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
