Job Description
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000
Content Bloom is a close-knit international company with headquarters based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Were an enterprise consulting agency that works with Fortune 500s companies using our expertise to implement Digital Experience Platforms, such as Adobe Experience Cloud, and best-of-breed composable platforms. We're looking for engaging people to join our amazing delivery team as developers and consultants.
Qualifications -What you need to get the job:
Bachelors degree in an IT-related field
PMI Certification or CSM is considered an asset
2 years of professional experience in an Agile environment
3 years of professional experience with Web Technologies / Web Development
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work virtually
Ability to strongly voice your opinions, while still actively hearing others
Foresight to find and fix issues before anyone ever notices something is wrong.
Canadian Citizenship or authorization to work within Canada
The ability to work in the USA and willingness to travel globally

Meet with internal and external stakeholders and clients to review project requirements
Develop detailed functional and technical requirements for the implementation of business process changes or improvements in data analysis and the creation of reports
Conduct Business Process Discovery and Mapping. Produce process models and workflows, diagrams, and provide input into data models
Prepare Business - and System Use case documentation & lead/participate in high-level design, lead requirements, and Use Case walkthroughs
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
Analyze data to identify where future opportunities lie, or to confirm success in previous initiatives
