AZ Owner/Operator - Canada Only

Contrans is the largest tank truck carrier based in Ontario, and we are hiring AZ Truck Drivers – Owner Operators to our hub in Sudbury! Canada only work! We offer steady consistent work.

This is Canada only, open board work, with a majority of trips being long-haul.

Our Sudbury Division deals with the hauling of various dry bulk commodities, including lime and petroleum-coke in pneumatic trailers. We offer lanes running to Northern Ontario and Northern Quebec, covering a 700-mile trip radius. Trips in the Sudbury Division can run up to a 70-hour cycle in the truck.

Details of the work:

• We mainly go into the mines. We go North and East of Sudbury

• Loading in Sprague - deliver into Terrace Bay, Wawa, Dubreuilville, Manitouwadge, Timmins, Cochrane, and Northern Quebec

• This B-train work

The requirements:

• Must be able to sleep in the truck for the week (some local work available can be home most evenings)

• 2-years of verifiable AZ driving experience

• Clean driving record

• Must be able to climb on top of trailers to open and close hatches (Fall Safe PPE provided)
