Overview
Cosenza is seeking various individuals enthusiastic in joining our bar & cafe family!
As a Busser, you will play a support role for the basic functions of the bar, such as cleaning tables, setting them for new guests, restocking, and providing general support to serving staff.
As a Bartender / Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages & espresso based coffees. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with food safety and handling standards.
No experience? No fret - we will provide all the training necessary to get you comfortable in your new position! There is room for growth based on performance.
Cosenza hosts all types of guests, ranging from friendly familiar faces to out of towners. This means that we are seeking candidates that will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
