The Landfill Heavy Equipment Operator ensures waste is compacted as necessary and maintains the cleanliness and safety of the landfill to the standards set out in the associated approval. This position involves operating heavy machinery such as skid steer, loader, compactor, and dozer. Manual labour is also performed to maintain appearance of facility, separate materials, and service equipment. The Operator assists and educates customers in all areas of the Centre.

Work Schedule:
This position is Permanent full-time, 40 hours per week on a two-week rotation (M,T,F, S & T,W,T,F) . Comprised of 10 hour shifts (8 am to 6 pm).

Pay Rate: $34.96 to $41.13
