CABINET SHOP CNC OPERATOR
Cabinet maker with CNC knowledge and experience wanted! The position will be mainly CNC operation/cutting and some cabinetry work.
We operate a New Omnitec Selexx Pal CNC. Preference will be give to those with experience on this model. We offer competitive wages and great benefits package after 3 months.
Hours of work- Mon- Friday 6am - 3:30pm with every second Friday off.
Qualifications include but are not limited to -
- Fluent in English
- Has reliable own transportation
- Knowledge of CNC , particularly Selexx Pal- operation, maintenance etc
- Knowledge of cabinetry tools and processes
- Works well alone or in a team setting
- Ability to work efficiently while paying attention to detail and output.
- Able to process minimum 30 sheets / day
Duties include but not limed to
- Loading and unloading materials from deliveries
- Loading and unloading materials onto the CNC
- Labelling all parts for assembly
- Maintaining and operating CNC
- Edge banding of parts
- Folding Mitre fold parts
- Working closely with Design to problem solve as needed.
- Bench work as needed when CNC is not in use ( rare if ever)
