Banquet Server

Established in 1931, Cutten Fields has grown over the years and now offers a year round venue for casual and fine dining, banquets, weddings, social events and various other functions, as well as Golf & Tennis.

We are looking for a Banquet Server to join our Food & Beverage Team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Supervisors, Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverages, helping prepare the event space and cleaning up the event space once the affair is complete.

We are looking for someone to:

• Serving food and beverage to guests at their tables or at serving stations;
• Pour and refill wine, coffee, water and other beverages as needed;
• Clear dishes;
• Assist in closing functions by removing linens, dishes, taking down tables and re-setting for the next function;
• Consistently follow all food safety related requirements, as well as liquor laws &
• Other duties as required

The person we are looking for:

• Is Smart Serve Certified
• Has a positive, passionate attitude
• Has previous serving experience, although not required!
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Has a flexible schedule – the ability to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays

Please note, this is a temporary position to help with increased banquets during the holiday season. There is a possibility to be hired on after the holidays as well. The right candidate will need to have weekend and evening availability.
