The opportunity The Operations Specialist, Partner Services provides excellent customer service and maintains strong interdepartmental relationships while ensuring proficiency with all auditing procedures and lease transaction processing. What your day will look like Customer focused. Communication. Relationship management. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of leasing documentation, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and policies. Accurately enter and audit lease information within our system. Verify the consistency and accuracy of lease information by confirming lessee identities and validating details directly with lessees. Handle manual processes as needed, including adjustments, pay requisitions, emails, and more. Address and resolve broker inquiries promptly and effectively. Collaborate with brokers, vendors, lessees, and sales teams to offer continuous support and maintain strong business relationships. Enhance departmental processes to achieve optimal performance and efficiency. Communicate proactively with internal partners, vendors, customers, and external professionals. Successful incumbent We seek a candidate who excels in customer service, maintains confidentiality, fosters positive colleague relationships, and strengthens internal and external connections. Effective communication, trust-building, and successfully navigating challenges are essential qualities for this role. Foundational knowledge and experience to grow with Post secondary education related to business administration or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required. Focus on exceptional customer service, teamwork, and communication. Why work with us?
