Role Description & Responsibilities
As an Intern at our Customer Support Help Desk, you will sort out, analyze and solve different problems encountered by our clients in the various fields including but not limited to the aerospace industry. This internship will allow you to widen your knowledge on Dassault Systemes products (CATIA & ENOVIA and 3DExperience ). In order to successfully complete your internship, you will start with training sessions that will be supervised by Dassault Systemes. Once finished, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of hard working and experienced engineers who will share with you their hands-on knowledge of Dassault Systemes solutions, all this in a diversified and stimulating environment
Provide a first level of response to tickets sent to our helpdesk by Boeing Partners (787 Program only), and related to our V5 software products.
Sort out, analyze and solve technical problems encountered by the clients.
Bring support on Dassault-Systemes products used in a defined process or context and maintain the satisfaction of the customer by following the problem solving procedure.
Elaborate different possibilities in terms of solutions for technical problems encountered.
Provide guidance on the usage of our products such as CATIA & ENOVIA.
Establish and maintain various communications with our clients and the members our Customer Support team.
Analyze the working methodologies put in place by the Customer Support team and propose different ways to improve and\or develop new reference tools.
Qualifications
Undergraduate student in mechanical, aerospace engineering or management of automated production.
Experience in customer service is an asset.
Knowledge of Dassault Systemes products (CATIA V5, ENOVIA) is an asset.
Language(s) French & English, written and spoken
Particular Aptitudes
Be available to work on a rotating schedule (day, evening, night, week and/or week-end)
Ability to understand design processes in the aerospace industry (an asset)
Ability to learn quickly, Ability to adapt to different work environments (teamwork and autonomy),
Ability to establish priorities, analytical mind, customer service oriented and rigor.
