Automotive Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team here at Dealer Canada. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in sales
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Strong customer service and account management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledge of JustCall, or similar CRM software
• Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill

WHAT WE NEED

• Previous experience in a sales position
• Automotive background is an asset ( Not Required )
• Superb phone manner and communication skills
• Second language is an asset
• The drive to excel under pressure
• VSA License needed 45 days after hiring

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
