Call Center Agent

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for callers.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately while documenting customer interactions in the system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly desirable; multilingual candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Sales experience or an aptitude for upselling is beneficial.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
