The Solutions, Credit Risk and GRC Ecosystem team helps our business sector colleagues by providing IT systems to manage credit risk. Among other things, these systems report regulatory capital to the AMF and calculate economic capital. We also provide expertise on the ecosystem serving the non-financial risk and compliance sector. As an Archer configuration analyst, you play a key role in analyzing the needs of product owners and colleagues in the business sector. You’ll help them define their needs and guide them to appropriate functional IT solutions, while taking budget constraints and delivery deadlines into account. You’ll help implement multiple solutions using Archer software. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Cocreate with business sector colleagues to define needs and manage backlogs.
- Work with the product owner and project team to define functional specifications.
- Design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade IT solutions using the Archer software package, while ensuring stability as their usage increases.
- Participate in defining, guiding and refining the various delivery scopes (stories, sprint planning and retrospective, testing).
- Develop functional testing strategies.
- Define and run automated and/or manual tests with a focus on the end-to-end process.
- Prepare or update required documentation.

What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience as a functional analyst or programmer analyst.
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- IT experience
- Configuration and programming experience
- Experience in the field of operational risk
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of banking risk
