Service Advisor - Destination Mazda Vancouver

What you’ll be doing:

• Liaising with technicians to confirm status of repairs, inquire about recommendations on client’s vehicles.
• Handle client concerns / misunderstandings with a polite, courteous, and high regard manner.
• Serve clients efficiently to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Identify additional service work required for vehicles and effectively communicate to clients.
• Review, explain, and monitor repair process to ensure clients are up-to-date from open to closing of service.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 1-year worth of experience in a Service Advisor role.
• Automotive knowledge required to effectively communicate with customers.
• Superior customer service abilities.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
• Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite); experience with CDK and X-Time.
• Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract.
