Job Posting for Customer Support Parts Analyst at DIAMOND AIRCRAFT INDUSTRIES

Responsibilities:
Act as a positive point of contact between Diamond and the customer.
Communicating directly with customers via Phone, E-Mail and SalesForce CRM.
Receive and process customer quotes & orders in a timely manner as well as backorder follow-up.
Provide customers with friendly order advice and make recommendations when relevant.
Troubleshoot part number discrepancies and escalate technical issues accordingly.
Collaborate and communicate with internal supply chain teams with order specifics.
Communicate with internal production groups to ensue on time work order completion.
Expedite customer parts orders and shipping documents to meet daily customer commitments.
Additional Duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in the Customer Service industry.
Experience with Sales Force CRM considered an asset.
Experience with Navision/Business Central considered an asset
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience with parts sales or parts inventory management (purchase, sales, or distribution) considered and asset.
Ability to send and receive information both verbally and in writing (E-Mail/SaleForce)
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Ability to be self-motivated.
Ability to build rapport and resolve conflict with existing and new customers.
Ability to know when to escalate issues and to whom.
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast paced, daily deadline environment
