Dental Receptionist

Diefenbacher Donovan Sieber Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team!

Hours: Monday 9:00 – 6:00, Tuesday 8:00– 4:00, Wednesday 6:30 – 3:00, Friday 6:30 – 3:00

This is an important position within our office. We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient focused, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Successful candidates will be well versed in office administration, organized, friendly, detail oriented and comfortable with all basic reception duties.

Core responsibilities include: Confirming appointments, greeting patients, answering incoming calls, billing and taking payments and sending estimates to insurance.

We are looking for an individual with:

• Previous experience with dental office reception (1-2 years)
• Working knowledge of AbelDent software
• First Aid/CPR certified (an asset)
