General Labour - Hamilton Prop House

Hamilton Prop House is in search of employees who are looking for a month-to-month, full-time general labour position. We have an amazing project we are gearing up for and we need dedicated and hardworking individuals to bring it to fruition.

In this position you will be working on a variety of sites, and ever changing projects. This position requires strength and endurance and is 100% in person.

Duties include:

• Lots of Moving Stuff
• More moving
• More furniture moving
• Unloading film sets in and out of trailers
• Moving furniture
• Moving props & furniture & wardrobe
• Maintaining a clean job site
• Assisting with demolition, prep and clean up
• Set construction as required
• Painting when required
• Organizing tools and supplies for each job as needed
• Oh and moving things

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably
• Willingness to learn
• Able to take direction
• Creative problem solving
• Enjoy working on multiple projects
• Steel toed boots
• Experience with hand tools or power tools
• Criminal Background Check

• Drivers License

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 2 months

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 44 per week
