Candidate must have a min. 20 years of shop, production and fabrication experience. This position is a hands on position. Reliable vechicle is necessary and must reside a min.1/2 away from work. Experience in Plastics processing an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and performance
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must have ability & skill to use SolidWorks program.
- Proficient in using relevant software applications and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
