Assistant Manager (Full-time)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals.

Duties:
- Support the store manager in all aspects of store operations
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed effectively
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Implement store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Contribute to team management by fostering a positive work culture

Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in retail sales and store management
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Training development skills to enhance staff performance
- Proficiency in recruiting and onboarding new employees
