The opportunity:

We are looking for a front desk receptionist for our head office.

This is an entry-level, in-person, full-time position (40hrs/week). The hours are weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

As the front desk receptionist of our office, you will be greeting and interacting with clients, guests, and staff who come into our office. You’ll also be maintaining the office space to a high standard. We are looking for someone who is very friendly, hospitable, presentable, and professional. Our ideal candidate enjoys communicating with people in any scenario and has very proficient language skills.

You’ll also be assisting operational staff with light administrative tasks and general help. These admin and office-related tasks are basic in nature, but will require basic competency in computer skills. Some tasks may include data entry, working the printer/scanner, and handling mail/emails.

Throughout the year, we host events. You will be asked to assist in organizing events, which includes tasks like researching online, writing emails, talking on the phone, and scheduling appointments.

You will be working and interacting with multiple people across different departments to lend your assistance where needed with proper guidance and clear instructions.

Previous experiences in the hotel or hospitality industry is highly welcomed.
