If you have a passion for interior design and a knack for creating inviting spaces, we want to hear from you. ```Duties``` - Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to understand their goals and target market - Evaluate properties and develop staging plans to enhance their appeal - Select and arrange furniture, artwork, lighting, and accessories to create visually stunning spaces - Coordinate with contractors for any necessary repairs or updates - Style rooms to highlight the property's best features and maximize its potential - Create inviting and cohesive designs that resonate with potential buyers - Stay up-to-date with current design trends and incorporate them into staging projects ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience as a Home Stager or in a related field - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, CAD, and other design software - Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, including typography, visual design, and motion graphics - Familiarity with construction painting techniques is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team - A portfolio showcasing your previous staging projects is highly desirable If you have a passion for transforming spaces and creating beautiful designs, we invite you to apply for the position of Home Stager.
