About the role:
Reporting to the Lead, Analytics, the Analyst, Supply Chain Management is responsible for data management and analysis to support all areas of Supply Chain Management (SCM). Specifically, the organization and analysis of SCM Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics, utilization and market value data to support EVR's internal and external business partners. This position involves collaborating with clients to find solutions identified during the process. This role is located in Sparwood, British Columbia or Calgary, Alberta.
To be successful, we require someone with strong overall communication skills and interpersonal skills who can create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful person would apply critical thinking and analytical skills to find solutions effectively and efficiently. In this role you will:

  • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
  • Create and maintain internal reports and dashboard that include spend, performance, and trends critical to SCM
  • Analysis of vendor spend, market utilization, and other supply chain metrics
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the team and various operations for supply chain data
  • Liaison between senior leadership vendors, and operations
  • Support decision making for longterm supply chain health through effective data analysis and project execution
  • Analyze and improve data quality, through process improvements within ERP system and throughout the broader supply chain team
  • Special and adhoc projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience with focus in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Math, Data Analysis, or comparable field
  • Excellent digital literacy and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite®, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
