Senior Developer - AWS Connect and Salesforce

Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Developer with expertise in setting up AWS Connect and integrating it with Salesforce. If you have strong experience with AWS services like AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda functions, and CloudWatch, and you're skilled in automating these setups through CI/CD pipelines, we'd love to hear from you! Hands-on experience with Omnichannel setup on Salesforce for Email and SMS flow is a must. 🔧🌐

Responsibilities:

1. 🔗 Set up AWS Connect and integrate it with Salesforce.
2. 🤖 Configure Lex Bot, Polly, Lambda functions, and CloudWatch for optimal performance.
3. ⚙️ Implement automation processes for AWS services setup via CI/CD pipeline.
4. 💻 Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
5. 🧪 Perform unit testing to ensure top-notch quality of developed solutions.
6. 🌐 Integrate external systems with Salesforce using APIs (SOAP/REST).
