Role: Regional Marketing Manager

Summary:
Supported by the Marketing Director of Brand & Digital, the Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing the Service Experts Brand across Canada, including Alberta, Ontario, and Manitoba. This role involves engaging with the General Managers in each market to understand unique challenges and opportunities, driving awareness and consideration, and supporting excellence in customer experience. The Regional Marketing Manager will collaborate with agency partners, key stakeholders, and internal marketing teams to create marketing strategies and launch successful campaigns. They will leverage demand generation tactics and market offers to deliver strong business outcomes while ensuring a consistent Brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for all Service Experts Canadian locations, including key seasonal campaigns, always-on lead generation, and support for product launches and promotion updates.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. Evaluate best practices from the Enercare national presence and test these campaigns, tactics, and offers for leverage in all Service Experts locations.
- Conduct annual planning and forecasting with weekly campaign optimization based on performance. Regularly review marketing and business results with GMs and make recommendations based on insights. Plans should reflect market opportunities and key capabilities, including Commercial.
- Optimize media mix: Understand digital marketing with a focus on PPC activities like paid search, CBM management for direct mail and email, along with broader media for brand building such as radio, TV, and OOH. Work with agency partners and internal teams, such as the customer insights team, to optimize media approaches for short-term lead generation while building long-term brand equity and top-of-mind awareness.
- Drive effective lead generation for products and services at the center level, including calls and forms leading to sales or service outcomes.
- Support sales enablement by working with stakeholders to optimize materials used in the field.
- Enhance SEO: Collaborate with GMs to support rich local content and community presence. Partner with digital teams to ensure a strong presence in local and product SEO. This involves collaborating on various aspects of website management, including content changes, page builds, customer journeys/user experience, buy flows, and campaign updates.
- Utilize strong analytical abilities to optimize marketing investments.
- Stay informed about local competition, media spend, and offer competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, digital marketing and web optimization
- Experience managing agency partners to achieve strong outcomes in web and digital marketing.
- Ability to identify KPIs, collaborate with internal analytics teams for reporting, critically analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience with customer journey mapping or user experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong execution and project management skills, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in developing consumer acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Critical and creative thinking skills to address challenges.
- Experience with WordPress is a benefit.
