Customer Service Representative

We are a growing, fast-paced water treatment and purification manufacturer in Barrie, Ontario, looking for a customer service representative to join our team. We are looking for a team player who works well with others.

Skills and Qualifications required:

- Customer service experience, prefer mechanically inclined person with some plumbing experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills to assist customers
- Strong organization skills in a busy office environment
- Basic computer knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Learn water treatment and purification technologies and our products to assist customers
- Water testing for dealers and providing recommendations
- Be able to process customer purchase orders
- Identify customer needs to recommend the right product for their application
- Work with other team members to take care of customer needs
- Be able to work independently

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
