Studio Manager
Duties:
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting and checking in clients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Upsell studio services and retail products to maximize revenue.
- Maintain inventory of retail products and place orders as needed.
- Assist with marketing efforts by promoting studio offerings through various channels.
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing cash register.
- Oversee studio cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with instructors, staff members, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Sales experience with a proven track record of upselling products or services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and studio operations efficiently.
