All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join a company in the industrial sector, located in Montreal (Anjou). This is a permanent, on-site position.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to internal users for ERP, business applications, office automation and hardware.
Identify, diagnose and solve common problems related to software, networks and hardware.
Make minor adjustments to ERP parameters (permissions management, report configuration, system settings) and validate and test updates or new functionalities.
Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of ERP modules.
Participate in continuous process improvement by proposing appropriate technical solutions.
Contribute to automation, business intelligence and artificial intelligence projects.
Maintain a technology watch to identify best practices and solutions corresponding to the company's needs.
Monitor and manage IT inventory.
Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements and qualifications:
Degree in computer science, systems administration or related field (DEC or equivalent experience).
2 to 5 years' experience in technical support and/or ERP administration.
Experience in an SME environment an asset.
Proficiency in IT technical support: Windows environments, Office 365 suite, access management, hardware and software troubleshooting.
ERP experience (ideally Microsoft Business Central or similar).
Basic knowledge of system and network administration (Active Directory, VPN, firewall, access management).
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI (asset).
Ability to test and validate applications prior to deployment.

Initiative, curiosity and willingness to learn.
Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) considered an asset.
