Reporting to the Senior Director - Anti-Racism, Equity, and Inclusion (AREI), the Equity and Inclusion Coordinator provides direct administrative, finance, and project assistance to the AREI unit, Taskforce and relevant committees as well as coordinates AREI learning events and capacity building resources for FCM.
The role requires experience in coordination, research, and presentations, a strong understanding of the key concepts of AREI and reconciliation, the ability to pivot from one task or project to another and strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to positively impact strategic programs and activities that will enable a progressive change in our culture and practices.

The future of work at FCM includes a hybrid work model; therefore, this role will be a combination of virtual and on-site work. The successful candidate is required live in and be authorized to work in Canada. They are also required to be able to work from home/remotely, from within Canada.
