Dairy Farm Worker

Modern dairy farm looking for summer student or full-time employee.

We milk 150 Holstein cows in a recent milking parlour; recent free stall too.

We have approx. 900 acres of cropland.

The work to be done will be in the fields and in the stable too. There will be a wide variety of tasks depending on skills and seasons.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to : milking cows, feeding, animal health, calf care, cleaning, fieldwork, maintenance and repair...

The farm is located in Sarsfield, Ontario (Ottawa region, Eastern Ontario).

Bilingual region, French-speaking farm.

Possibility of accommodation.

Salary and hours to be discussed.

Experience with cows and/or machinery an asset.

Fluent in french an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$19.66 per hour
