Order Picker/Warehouse Associate

About Fetch Express:

We are a delivery service that provides next-day delivery of pet food and supplies in Metro Vancouver and the surrounding areas. We also serve as a warehouse and manufacturing facility for our two retail locations. Our mission is to provide our customers with reliable and professional delivery services, as well as healthy fresh food for their beloved pets.

We are looking for a full-time associate Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled associate to assist with receiving shipments of products, picking orders for delivery, packaging food items, and maintaining a clean and organized work space.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others as a team, and who enjoys having variety and flexibility in their work. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
• Sort, organize, and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Deliver orders to customers, as well as shipments of goods to our retail stores.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track and record inventory.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.
