Area Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Fifth Avenue Homes located in Calgary, AB. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a show home in one of our builder communities, working with prospective buyers to secure their new home, working with internal office staff to facilitate purchase agreements, customer selections, customer financing and other organizational tasks. They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements, and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the new home real estate industry
• New Home Sales, Sales, and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge in Homebuilding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred
• Experience with HomeFront, HubSpot and Asana is a plus
