We are seeking an able bodied, dependable individual with general labour or construction experience to work as field service personnel, ideally someone with Water Technician experience but we will train the right candidate. This position will be doing setup of drying equipment, tear outs of wet materials from floods, sewer backups, etc., cleaning, assembly & disassembly of furnishings, transferring belongings from room to room or room to storage space, property maintenance, and janitorial when needed. Some days it's an easy job and some days it's a hard & dirty job.
There is an on-call rotation that all field staff must be available for, generally 3 teams of 2 rotating every 3 weeks. You will receive a premium for the weeks you're on call whether you are called out or not as well as any overtime you incur.
Must have a full G drivers license with a clean abstract as you will be driving company vehicles and will need to be insurable, G1 or G2 are not sufficient for this position. Background checks may be performed as we are working in other people's homes.
