PAZZI PIZZERIA is seeking a Server to elevate the customer experience!

Job Duties:

• Greet patrons when they enter the building; making them feel welcome
• Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons
• Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken, and easy to communicate with
• Work well and closely with all other team members
• Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into the POS system

• Must be able to use reservation system (Open Table)
• Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items, and explain cooking techniques.

• Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have Pro Serve certification and be at least 18 years of age (for the server position)
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with clientele
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant is required
