Responsibilities:
-Managing 15 service technicians in all daily duties including: invoicing, proper procedures, appearance, etc.
-Coordinate with suppliers for office equipment, vehicle services, etc.
-Assist in budgeting and financial management processes (Job Costing, material pricing, profit & loss)
-Answering phones and booking appointments
- Data entry
-Must be good at public speaking
-Willing to travel out of country for training
-Provide training to assist service technicians to meet goals for productivity and customer satisfaction

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing all of the service technicians, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in budgeting processes. To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data entry. If you are a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask effectively, we would love to hear from you.
