Food Counter Attendant

Candidate MUST have a minimum of TWO YEARS Restaurant Experience.

Back and Front of House in a high volume environment.

What you will do:

• Ensure cold and hot food prep stations are clean and meet safety/quality standards.
• Inventory and stock front line, prep zones, oven and walk-in. Put orders away.
• Oversee store opening and or closing, breakdown & cleaning.
• Jump on-line with your Team when required.
• Train, coach and motivate new and existing team members.
• Perform daily food safety & quality checks.
• Prepare Salad Dressing pars along with the menu offerings.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu ingredients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
