THE POSITION
As Administrative Coordinator, you are responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Leadership team with a focus on HR (Human Resources) and contract administration. As the successful candidate for this role, you are analytical with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and self-motivated to work independently.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented support in various aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist with management and updates of all People and Culture data analytics and administer the KPI dashboard.

Address and support employee HR-related inquiries and redirect if required.

Provide input on processes improvement and opportunities for administrative efficiency within the Organization.

Maintain commercial leasing and property management documents.

Review and develop in collaboration with each department, company policies and procedures.

Support other tasks and projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:

University or College degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field

Experience with drafting commercial leases and contracts is an asset

Strong computer proficiency especially working in MS 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Experience with ADP Workforce Now would be an asset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written).

Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.

Police Criminal Record Check less than 6 months old

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Transportation Security Clearance Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)

Existing knowledge of airport, aviation industry is an asset.
